Great service on the 335i, first time there and treated as a long time customer. I will make it my go to dealership even though I live 5 mins from another BMW dealership which I have have had many issues w as a long time customer. Absolutely the worst service center you can go too, i have spent over $250,000 on cars from bmw, never had a worse service done ever in my life of owning cars. make sure you take pictures of every little have spent over $250,000 on cars from bmw, never had a worse service done ever in my life of owning cars. make sure you take pictures of every little bit of your car before you hand your key in, they will scratch your car, mess up your tires, then blame you for doing so. I had multiple incidents with this service center already, and its just amazing how coincidental things happen to your car after you send it for service, they automatically will blame you. As i state make sure you take pictures of every little spec and detail of you car before and after service is done. The manager is also very poor with hos communication skills, he thinks he owns the place, acts like a big shot because hes a manager there. Does not know how to talk to customers in a polite manner, talks to customers with attitude and doesnt want to listen to anything you tell them. Name of manager was Mike. Speak to him and you will find out for yourself! More
