I brought my 5XM for routine inspection. I waited at the dealership for the service so that I drive the car back home. This is still the time of the pandemic February 2022 and yet I found everything at Ray dealership for the service so that I drive the car back home. From my reception, registration and carefully listen to my concerns to the delivery back the car (so wonderfully clean) I only have best words about this dealership - Why do you think I stuck around for almost a decade?? Perhaps I shall mention to excellent cleanness everywhere (bathrooms included). All in all a great experience. Thank you. I had been having a problem with a slow leak in a tire that was not properly diagnosed on prior visits to the dealership. He got right on the situation, down on his hands and knees, identified the prob that was not properly diagnosed on prior visits to the dealership. He got right on the situation, down on his hands and knees, identified the problem and got me a new tire under warranty, This is the 6th consecutive BMW I have leased from you over almost a 20 year period. Came in without an appointment on a Saturday after feeling a vibration when braking. The technician who met us diagnosed the problem immediately and took the car in.
