He is so very caring goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. There are very few sales advisors who pays so close attention to details for his clients. Going Beyond The Normal Call For Service Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburb Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department. Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon. He immediately arranged to have my car picked up - the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. I left for vacation the next day, but while I was gone Adam and his service staff procured the part, repaired the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Avon, so that it was completely ready when I returned. There could not have been a more convenient outcome. I truly appreciate the commitment to helping me in a tough situation - especially in light of having to service a car that they don't typically see. Kicking the tires Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months. More
