Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department.
Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon. He immediately arranged to have my car picked up - the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes.
I left for vacation the next day, but while I was gone Adam and his service staff procured the part, repaired the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Avon, so that it was completely ready when I returned. There could not have been a more convenient outcome.
I truly appreciate the commitment to helping me in a tough situation - especially in light of having to service a car that they don't typically see.
