We arrived at a busy time of a very busy Friday, but Mike continually had an attitude of helpfulness during our time there. Mr. Riggs in the finance department was great also. This day and time it’s hard to find great trustworthy people to deal with, but this team let me know it can still happen. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike Kramer! After our conversation, he sent me my available options along with a video, which I really appreciated because it helped me visualize the vehicle before even stepping into the dealership. At first, I told Michael I planned to come in the following week for a test drive since I live in Fayetteville, NC. However, I ended up deciding to drive there the same day and called him impromptu when I was only two blocks away. Despite the short notice, Michael remained completely professional and had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I test drove the car, loved it, and within about two hours we had completed all the paperwork. I drove off the lot with my new vehicle feeling confident and excited about my purchase. Took in my 2024 X5 for service and ended up buying a 2026 X5. Trade was ok, could have been a little better but with BMW loyalty and military rebate and 1.99 financing, I actually dropped my payment 80 dolla X5.
