I just bought my second car from John McDougald. He is patient, knowledgeable, and quickly identifies the needs of his clients. Mostly young with huge amounts of tech savvy. Today, I worked with Corey. He walked me through every detail on effectively using the car. He also connected the garage codes. From start to finish and every “drop in” I know will come I know Corey and all the Geniuses will be there guiding the way. Finally, when you enter the BMW store everyone from sales, genius, service and finance, greet you with a smile and banter that brightens your day. Yes, I would absolutely recommend BMW Wilmington. Highly recommend BMW if Wilmington. I drove two hours to this dealership because I was so impressed with the first point of contact. I wanted a BMW 430i convertible which not many were in stock. This was in production and Roman was very accommodating. He kept me informed of the entire process and even showed me how to track the production and trip from Germany. Once the car came in I sat with Roman and Chris. They were not pushy at all and were very thorough in answering my questions. This was an extremely seamless and pleasant transaction and they didn’t increase the price over MSRP despite the demand. Once I got the car I sat with the BMW genius Andres who made it very fun to learn about that car. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I love my car!! More
