I took my 640IL convertible, 2014 in for its regular service and oil change this week to BMW of Wilmington NC This place is amazing. Their facility , their staff, their detailed service!!! I checked service and oil change this week to BMW of Wilmington NC This place is amazing. Their facility , their staff, their detailed service!!! I checked in and was notified by text that service was under way. Next thing I get is a video text of the service man showing me everything underneath my car...pointing out all items checked, good condition, need to address in the future, along with a full explanation of what I am seeing.. WOW took customer support to the next level. This is a first and truly appreciated from the customer point of view. This is why I drive an hour each way to get service here. Customer for life!!! PS My vehicle was returned washed, dried and vacuumed! More

It was easy to track the progress online and Gareth would even reach out and update me along the way. When my vehicle arrived he arranged to have it delivered to me at my residence by a very courteous and informative BMW specialist by the name of Ronan that went over all the features of my vehicle and even set up my garage door opener. I am very happy that we decided to purchase the X3 with Gareth and BMW of Wilmington. I love my new X3! More
