I've been buying BMW's for 15+ years - and this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying one while dealing with Gareth Jesina at BMW of Wilmington. I contacted Gareth in early January to purchase a 2022 4 Series - and with the limited amount of new cars available on the lot - he recommended I custom order one from the factory to get exactly what I wanted. He is VERY knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to make a purchase or get anything I didn't want. As the car went through production, to shipping, to arriving at the dealership - he was texting or calling to give me updates every step of the way. I believe BMW of Wilmington has some of the best staff all around that I've ever encountered - but purchasing my car through Gareth was the best decision I could have made. I would also like to highly recommend Ronan as your BMW Genius when you pick up your car - I was already pretty familiar with the car / iDrive system - but he walked me through every detail of getting the car setup and customized exactly how I wanted....Long story short, you can't go wrong buying a car with Gareth! I was recently in search for a pre-owned X3 M40i and as I am in the Charlotte area it was proving hard to find a good example at a reasonable price so I extended my search nationwide. I had been communicating with a few dealerships but none seemed to want to work with me since I was out of town and had a trade in. I gave BMW of Wilmington a cold call and I was lucky enough to have Chad Muncy answer. He quickly found the car I was interested in and sent me a detailed video of the car and even highlighted any blemishes he could identify as it was pre owned and he knew I couldn’t see it in person. He understood my situation with being out of town and was able to quickly put together a deal for me and answered all my questions. He stayed in constant contact and I was able to have a deal done and a deposit made before other dealers even got back to me. I drove out to the dealership the next day and had a painless experience. My car new car was clean and waiting out front and Chad met me in the parking lot when I arrived. I was able to sign all my documents and be on my way home in an hour. Chad even installed my roof rack cross bars on the new car while I signed some paper work. They offered a reasonable price on my trade in and a great price on the new car so I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would recommend dealing with BMW of Wilmington and specifically Chad if you are looking for a new car! I certainly will be back. More
