I returned my lease here after 36 months. Everyone was very pleasant. They tried to get me to pay $3100 to turn in my car. They measured the tread depth from the wearbar and told me I had to pay for 4 new very pleasant. They tried to get me to pay $3100 to turn in my car. They measured the tread depth from the wearbar and told me I had to pay for 4 new tires at $400 each. All four wheels had scratches they said I had to buy four new ones at $300 each. They said I could have an independent appraisal but they would be "less kind". Having worked in the auto industry I know when a scam is being perpetrated. Obviously I left the car and did not pay them. Just got the real bill from BMW after the independent appraisal. $750 total for buffing the scratched wheels. Run don't walk!!! More
