I have worked with the General Sales Manager, Ty Coyle for many years (Raleigh and now Wilmington) and have never had a bad experience. Ty always ensures his clients walk away excited about their purchase. This visit began with sales associate Joey Moore showing me around the gorgeous new show room and listening to my concerns regarding this particular purchase. Normally I know exactly what I want, but this time I was unsure due to the change in body style in the new model of my favorite car, the Z4. Lucky for me the staff was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show me all of the new features and explain why the changes had been made so that I would be excited and comfortable through the process. They even took the time to show me all of the in stock options and those that could be ordered. Just like that, a delivery truck arrived with “THE ONE” and I just knew it was perfect because all of my questions had already been covered!! From that moment forward the process was seamless.
