I had a great experience with Babbitt Ford in Flagstaff when purchasing a used vehicle. I lived out of the area and was able to talk back and forth with Mike M by phone. I really appreciated no sneaky or high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. In and out in less then 2 and a half hours. I would recommend them and would do business with them again. More

Way too expensive. 9 days longer than expected. No communication until after I responded to unprofessional conduct and contradictory quotes from the service clerk. The 9 days longer than expected. The costs went up by 20% without anyone telling me that that would happen until I was presented with the bill. I have an after-sales warranty that appears not to have been used at all.
