Very good service! It's great going to Babylon Honda for service, because while you're waiting you can help yourself to some snacks like a cup of coffee and a bagel. You can sit and watch television, or sit on your phone. The waiting room is bright and Airy, as a matter of fact the whole place is clean.

"Thankful"

I had a issue out of state on October 5th 2018, I didn't know where to send this so I figured I would put this here. I just wanted to let someone know how thankful I am for one of your service advisors. I am on my second Honda Pilot now and I have always used this dealership instead of a mechanic. From the beginning your service advisors have been wonderful to me. It started with Chris and Reed and then for about the last 10 years I have been helped by Fenix V. Fenix has always been good to me, his truthfulness, realness, helpfulness, professionalism and pleasant personality is the reason I continued with this service department and the reason I continued on with another Honda. It is your service department and the trust in Fenix that made a big decision in my second Honda purchase. Anyway on 10/5 I had a big problem with my car and was all the way in NJ when it happened. My water temperature was going way over hot, I was on the Garden State Pkwy on my way to a job and was alone in the car . I didn't know what to do and decided to call Fenix for advice. Fenix not only took my call but gave me advice on what to do and also told me to let him know if i needed anymore help later on. In a world where theres not a lot of people who go the extra mile, I'm very grateful that he was, this is what a good employe is, this is what a good person is. I wanted to write this letter to someone to let you know how grateful I was and have been to be able to rely on such great guys. Thank you, Cathie Etts

"Oil change"

The dealership staff is pleasant. The facility is clean but the wait time is long. Had a 12pm appointment and checked out at 1:45 for an oil change. Apparently they performed a recall repair on my air bag also. Glad it was done but would've have been nice to mention during the wait with my 2 kids. Submitted a coupon which was not taken off the bill and had to be rectified and rebilled. Good thing I look before paying!!
