I had a issue out of state on October 5th 2018, I didn't know where to send this so I figured I would put this here. I just wanted to let someone know how thankful I am for one of your service advisors. I am on my second Honda Pilot now and I have always used this dealership instead of a mechanic. From the beginning your service advisors have been wonderful to me. It started with Chris and Reed and then for about the last 10 years I have been helped by Fenix V. Fenix has always been good to me, his truthfulness, realness, helpfulness, professionalism and pleasant personality is the reason I continued with this service department and the reason I continued on with another Honda. It is your service department and the trust in Fenix that made a big decision in my second Honda purchase. Anyway on 10/5 I had a big problem with my car and was all the way in NJ when it happened. My water temperature was going way over hot, I was on the Garden State Pkwy on my way to a job and was alone in the car . I didn't know what to do and decided to call Fenix for advice. Fenix not only took my call but gave me advice on what to do and also told me to let him know if i needed anymore help later on. In a world where theres not a lot of people who go the extra mile, I'm very grateful that he was, this is what a good employe is, this is what a good person is. I wanted to write this letter to someone to let you know how grateful I was and have been to be able to rely on such great guys.
