Above and Beyond My wife and I had a great experience with Dan D. helping us find the right vehicle. After a couple of days to think on it, we came back and began the My wife and I had a great experience with Dan D. helping us find the right vehicle. After a couple of days to think on it, we came back and began the process of buying a new truck. The truck was "new" in the sense, it had only been used as a loaner vehicle for customers -- so it was gently used, however, it did need some cleaning, etc. Longer story short, as we came in later in the day it wasn't able to be cleaned that day I bought the truck. Rather than leave it at the dealership for 2 days (until the cleaning team was available) Dan offered to come pick up my truck from my work, leaving his car behind, taking my truck to the dealership to be cleaned and brought back to me around lunch time. This was going above and beyond to me, and was greatly appreciated. The outside of the truck looked great, BUT they didn't clean the inside (and there were some little stains and some gunk to be cleaned). I let Dan know, we planned to bring it in 2 days later to be cleaned, after I got off work. That day rolls around, Dan isn't feeling well and won't be at work, postpone until the next Monday. Monday rolls around, I get in the dealership, get keys to Dan and the car is cleaned. Took longer than I had hoped, and was a little more work than I cared for, however, the truck was cleaned (with one or two missed spots...grumble) and I'm happy overall. I think this is a good representation of how this dealership will work hard to make issue right. I am happy with the truck and would certainly consider dealing with them again in the future. More
