Online/Out of state Corvette purchase I had spoken to a local Las Vegas Chevy dealer about purchasing a new Corvette Grand Sport and it just seemed as if the dealers price and fees were to I had spoken to a local Las Vegas Chevy dealer about purchasing a new Corvette Grand Sport and it just seemed as if the dealers price and fees were too much. From watching Mike Davenport's YouTube videos on dealer fees and scams I decided to contact Mike for my first Corvette purchase. I spoke with Mike about what the local Chevrolet dealer was charging me for the new Corvette Grand Sport including the fees. Mike explained what each fee was for along with taking the time to go over each Grand Sport option and trim level and answering all my questions. This was without a doubt the easiest car purchase I've ever had and I didn't have to step foot into a dealership. Being that I'm out of state every time that I've texted Mike he replied back within an hour or so. Mike even agreed to throw in a free ChevyDude shirt :) - Thanks ChevyDude ! More

New car purchase. This is the 3rd time we have purchased a vehicle from Bachman and the 2nd time we have worked with Mike Davenport. We called ahead and spoke with him This is the 3rd time we have purchased a vehicle from Bachman and the 2nd time we have worked with Mike Davenport. We called ahead and spoke with him about what we were looking for and when we arrived on a very busy sales day he still took the time to hear our thoughts and wishes. We love our new Blazer! However Mr. Daven Allow me to clarify that my poor rating of Bachman Chevrolet is strictly based on my recent experience with Salesman Mike Davenport. However Mr. Davenport is a representative for Bachman. I live in Lebanon, TN just 20 miles east of Nashville, TN only a 173 miles or 3 hour drive from Louisville, KY. I recently discovered Mr. Davenport via his YouTube Channel (Chevy Dude). I have viewed many of his VLOGS from the last 2-3 years to date. After viewing so many of them I developed a positive opinion of Mr. Davenport as someone I would like to do business with. Even though I live 3 hours away from Louisville, Mr. Davenport has repeatedly stated in his videos that there would be no problems purchasing a car from another state in which I don’t reside. So after researching cars from various websites I found a used car that they had for sale that I felt would be a great opportunity for my son’s first car. I visited Mr. Davenport’s website at lvillechevydude.com and from there I sent him a text message inquiry. I received a reply within about 30 minutes.....just your basic generic reply “Thank you for contacting me I’ll follow up with you very soon” or something similar to that. I replied back that I needed his email address so I could further discuss with him my inquiry. Again I received a reply within about 30 minutes with his email address. So I emailed him in the early morning hours on Tuesday May 14, 19. I never received any notification that it was not sent successfully so I assume he received it. Late afternoon early evening I replied back to the text message stating I sent him a email earlier that morning and hours later I still had not even received a response that he received it, etc.. Based on his videos he presents himself as a very successful salesman and sells many cars per day but it only takes a minute to acknowledge receipt of the email and provide a ETA as to when I may receive a answer to my inquiry but I didn’t receive anything on Tuesday from my email inquiry earlier that morning nor my text message inquiry later that afternoon/early evening. About mid-morning Wednesday May 15 I received a text from Mr. Davenport apologizing for the delayed response stating the car I inquired about appeared to be a nice 1 owner car and how could he assist me. Still no response to my email questions. I replied back about 2 hours later stating that my wife and I wanted to explore purchasing a new 2019 Chevrolet Spark that they had listed for sale. I then requested a time and good contact number to call him and I provided my number and asked that he contact me at his convenience. That was around 12:45 pm central time on Wednesday May 15 and as I write this @ 4 pm central time on Friday May 17 I have received absolutely no response from Mr. Davenport. Very disappointing! My wife is from MI and her family were employed by GM, Ford, and Chrysler so we receive a significant discount (one price) on those products meaning it’s the same price no matter the dealership, state, etc.. We generally do business with the Al Serra automotive group as she grew up with one of Mr. Serra’s kids but I was so impressed by the way Mr. Davenport presented himself & Bachman on YouTube I decided to pursue this transaction with him......however my experience has not represented the professionalism he repeatedly refers to in his videos. I hate it because I was looking forward to do business with Mr. Davenport and Bachman. I purchased a new 2019 car yesterday morning from another dealership. More
Second Corvette purchase with Bachman and Mike Davenport I bought my 2016 Z51 Corvette from Mike about 2.5 years ago. I decided to upgrade to a Grand Sport and looked around...ending up back with Bachman an I bought my 2016 Z51 Corvette from Mike about 2.5 years ago. I decided to upgrade to a Grand Sport and looked around...ending up back with Bachman and Mike. They had a good deal on exactly what I wanted and Mike worked with me to make everything smooth. I'm from out of town and everything was outstanding. Highly recommend Mike for your Corvette needs. More

Alex Prestigiacomo and Mike Davenport made the purchase process easy and they trusted me in that my trade was what I said it was and I trusted them in that a deal made remotely would be what I expected when I arrived. Expectations were met.......... I had looked for a truck like this for almost six months, all over the country, and no other dealer even came close to the Bachman price for this truck. Even local dealers that I bought from before were not as interested in my business as Alex and Mike were. They made the entire experience easy and I would not think twice about going back to Bachman for my next vehicle. More
Every time I go back, my experience gets worse I have been dealing with the Bachman service department for at least 5 years, initially for work, and more recently for my own cars. My most recent tr I have been dealing with the Bachman service department for at least 5 years, initially for work, and more recently for my own cars. My most recent trip was for an oil/filter change & tire rotation. Brought my truck in at 7:40am and waited an hour for the shuttle. 6 hours after dropping my truck off, I called to check on the status. I called 3x, went to 2 voicemails and was hung up on once. Got a ride to the dealership, for them to tell me my truck had not been worked on but it would only take 30 mins, if that. I couldn’t wait around so I went back to work...called an hour later (3 more times because I kept getting voicemails) and my truck was done. Not one time did they apologize or try to fix the situation. The last time I brought my truck in, they handed me the keys and I had to walk the back lot to find it because it wasn’t where they said it was parked. My other biggest pet peeve is that nobody greets you when you walk in! They all act so busy and can’t say hello, even at 7am. A lady at the cashiers desk even said “well this is the way we’ve done it since I’ve been here”...that doesn’t make it right! I want to add that Wayne was super polite, I only dealt with him when I checked my truck in. Devin the Sales Rep was the only one that made an attempt to help me out. He asked if I needed anything, and let me know that I can reach out to him if I needed to schedule anything in the future. More
