Went in to the dealership about a week ago. I had never bought a new car before, so I didn't know what to look for, what to expect from the sales person, etc. I drove out of the lot last night with my fir bought a new car before, so I didn't know what to look for, what to expect from the sales person, etc. I drove out of the lot last night with my first new car, a 2012 Chevy Cruze 2LT. Mike Davenport was my salesperson and I have nothing but high marks for him. Across the board, he is a first-class person and salesman. Any question I had, he answered it. If he didn't have the answer, he brought over someone who did and they explained it to me until it was clear. I hope this car lasts me a long time, but if I ever need a new car and Bachman has both the car I want and Mike as a Sales rep, i'm there. More

I finally decided that I wanted a 2012 Camaro SS in Red Crystal Metalic. There were 2 avalible within 1000 miles of my home. One was within 250 miles but the dealer had marked it up over MSRP and wouldn't Crystal Metalic. There were 2 avalible within 1000 miles of my home. I found the exact same car at Bachman and was able to work a deal over the phone to my satisfaction. I drove approx 800 miles round trip to get may car. When I got there I was met by Mike who made me feel at home. I had called while on the way to have Rally Stripes added and they were just completing the work when I got there. We sat down to finilize the deal and the price was exactly what I had agreed on the phone with no hidden BS. This was the best experiance I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mike Davenport. We walked out 2-3 hours later driving a new Equinox. We are not impulsive buyers, but we were so impressed by Mike and the entire Bachman environment, that buying a new vehicle was definitely the right move. Mike is easily the most knowledgeable and personable salesman I have ever dealt with. His informative and no-pressure approach was a very welcome change from what I have grown accustomed to. I would like to note, I had recently found 4 vehicles in my area that met my exact specification, I was only meeting with Mike to discuss pricing. To say the least, a couple of hours later I was headed home in my new Camaro. Mike was a true pleasure to work with, his product knowledge far exceeded any of the salesman I had previously spoken with at other dealerships. The hardest part of my transaction was notifying the other dealer sales reps that I had found and purchased my vehicle and will no longer need their services.
