Overall experience was OK. There was little effort made by dealership/salesman to "bargain" with me. I knew what car I went in to see and I bought that car. They refused to come down on the stated price by dealership/salesman to "bargain" with me. I knew what car I went in to see and I bought that car. They refused to come down on the stated price at all, but continued to state that the price was already at the lowest possible amount. I eventually purchased the car anyway, but kind of wish I hadn't. More

Mike was very gracious and kind and interested in what I was looking for, not what he wanted me to buy. He found me colors and explained the bells and whistles of the car very well. He was very patient and was looking for, not what he wanted me to buy. He found me colors and explained the bells and whistles of the car very well. He was very patient and kind. And surprised me when the car was ready, parked on the showroom floor adorned with a big purple bow, a card on the side window and balloons hanging from the side mirrors. He was very patient in showing me how to get Bluetooth and on star set up. Even took a photograph for me. It was a great day and a great experience. I love my new 2013 Malibu. More
