this is the 3rd car, within 3 years, that I have purchased from this dealer. I have purchased alot of cars, but have never been treated so nicely. No pressures, no sales pitches, no "whats the pay purchased from this dealer. I have purchased alot of cars, but have never been treated so nicely. He is extremely "tech savy" and knows all of the car's electronics and gadgets, but most importantly, he knows how to use them and can demonstrate their abilities. Most dealerships tell me that the car is voice activated, but cant show me how to use the functions. Mike knows it all!!!! I had a cam shaft lifter go bad on my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. I bought the truck while living in Virginia. I took my truck to Bachman Chevrolet’s service department. She was very friendly and immediately got my truck back to the service department. The mechanic Matt (did not get his last name) diagnosed the problem in minutes. Susan said it was all covered under warranty but they would have to keep the truck for several days and possibly over the weekend. I told her I was doing construction out of town and really needed a truck to haul tools and pull a trailer. She got me a fully loaded truck off the lot and said to get it as long as I needed. When I got my truck back it was not only fixed but Matt had the engine as clean as brand new the way I keep it. Salespeople may sell you your first car but service people like Susan and Matt keeps you coming back. My next vehicles will be purchased from Bachman Chevrolet. Thank you both. More

Went in to the dealership about a week ago. I had never bought a new car before, so I didn't know what to look for, what to expect from the sales person, etc. I drove out of the lot last night with my fir bought a new car before, so I didn't know what to look for, what to expect from the sales person, etc. I drove out of the lot last night with my first new car, a 2012 Chevy Cruze 2LT. Mike Davenport was my salesperson and I have nothing but high marks for him. Across the board, he is a first-class person and salesman. Any question I had, he answered it. If he didn't have the answer, he brought over someone who did and they explained it to me until it was clear. I hope this car lasts me a long time, but if I ever need a new car and Bachman has both the car I want and Mike as a Sales rep, i'm there. More
