Before my visit to Bachman Chevrolet, I knew that I wanted to purchase either a 2011 or 2012 Chevy Equinox but I was unsure of a few options for the vehicle. My husband and I were searching for a new Tahoe. We had been traded a Tahoe in for a different brand and were dissatisfied. We were looking for a color that wasn't currently available and decided to go ahead and test drive one that they had. At no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. Upon the conclusion of our test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase the Tahoe even though it wasn't our first color choice. From the first hand-shake to present, we have received nothing but outstanding service from the entire staff at Bachman. We had to take our vehicle in to get a zylox coating and were met wit friendly professionals. Even in the midst of their construction everyone was friendly and professional. When I am ready for my next purchase I will make the trip to the Bachman Auto Group again and ask for Mike Davenport. Mike went over every detail on the car and even set the car up to connect with my Iphone for me. He also made sure that the remote link for the Onstar was working properly before we left. I had a couple picky request when I bought the car and Mike had them taken care right away.
