In 2010, I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra from their used car lot. It was a nice truck but after purchase, was found to have a fairly expensive problem. Mike (my salesman) was extremely honorable and helpful car lot. It was a nice truck but after purchase, was found to have a fairly expensive problem. The dealership as a whole worked very hard to make sure I was happy and went above and beyond what I ever would have expected in resolving my issue. At Bachman Chevrolet I had a really great experience. I had just turned 16 when we went to go look for cars. I wasnt thinking about a chevy but when we were across the street looking at other cars we just had just turned 16 when we went to go look for cars. I had my guard up initially, bracing for the hard sell approach but Alex was not pushy at all. He was very honest and helped us make the best informed decision. We purchased a 2011 Traverse and are very happy with it. Alex was also very helpful several months after the sale when we needed a few things worked on after a minor collision with a deer.
