I had my guard up initially, bracing for the hard sell approach but Alex was not pushy at all. He was very honest and helped us make the best informed decision. We purchased a 2011 Traverse and are very happy with it. Alex was also very helpful several months after the sale when we needed a few things worked on after a minor collision with a deer. At Bachman Chevrolet I had a really great experience. I had just turned 16 when we went to go look for cars.
