He asked us what model and color we might have in mind in the future. He had one in stock, and brought it into the showroom and parked it within a few feet of where we sat. In two days we were driving that car home. Mike Davenport is a man who evidently knows what it takes to please a customer. He even took care of some things he wasn't required to do. NEVER AGAIN I dropped off my car at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Allen told me that they were busy but they could take care of it. At 4:00 it was not ready yet by then I was tired of waiting. A lady at the desk said she would check on it for me. (she was a nice lady) Terry came in and said they hadn't started on it yet. I said I will never come back here again. His smart assed remark was "I hear that everyday" and I said "you don't hear it from me." I told Allen to give me my keys since they hadn't started on it yet. I will never go back to Bachman Chevrolet on Bluegrass Parkway again. I would not recommend that anyone else go either. I will be sure and spread the word to everyone I know what a horrible experience I had. Having to wait due to being busy is understandable but being talked to in such a sarcastic uncaring attitude is not acceptable. More
Went in for service, only to find out that the extended warranty that we purchased would not cover the repair for some reason. I spoke with Jerod about the issue (feeling that it should of been covered) a warranty that we purchased would not cover the repair for some reason. I spoke with Jerod about the issue (feeling that it should of been covered) and he told me he would get to the bottom of it, and that we would figure out a way to fix my vehicle. He stood behind his word and helped me get my truck fixed. I can not say thanks enough for all the help. More
I was greeted at the door by a young man who took me name and recorded the milage. He introduced me to Susan Whelan who confirmed my appointment, estimated the amount of time needed and showed me the waitin and recorded the milage. This was all made possible, thanks to Mark Acorn for getting GM involved with a slightly expired warranty issue and finding a solution palatable for GM and me the customer. Bachman has a state of the art facility with very friendly employees and I hope to make my next truck purchase there. More
I had a cam shaft lifter go bad on my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. I bought the truck while living in Virginia. I took my truck to Bachman Chevrolet’s service department. My service consultant was Susan Silverado. I bought the truck while living in Virginia. I took my truck to Bachman Chevrolet’s service department. My service consultant was Susan Whelan. She was very friendly and immediately got my truck back to the service department. The mechanic Matt (did not get his last name) diagnosed the problem in minutes. Susan said it was all covered under warranty but they would have to keep the truck for several days and possibly over the weekend. I told her I was doing construction out of town and really needed a truck to haul tools and pull a trailer. She got me a fully loaded truck off the lot and said to get it as long as I needed. When I got my truck back it was not only fixed but Matt had the engine as clean as brand new the way I keep it. Salespeople may sell you your first car but service people like Susan and Matt keeps you coming back. My next vehicles will be purchased from Bachman Chevrolet. Thank you both. More
