Yes their are improvements to be made in your location. Processing was extremely slow, people seemed to have no sense of urgency to getting it done. It has taken over 3 weeks for title transfer to be sent to my county clerk and i still dont have a title or license. That is rediculous and unacceptable Mail the paperwork the next day don' t sit on it for 3 weeks, duh!!! Always the customer is King . G.W.Hogue
