Mr. Gilstrap, I apologize if the loan document was not explained to you properly while you were at the dealership, and I invite you to call me so I can review this with you. I have reviewed the documents that are in your file, and everything clearly contains your signature on it when compared to the signature that is on your driver's license so I am confused about any signatures that are not yours and I would be happy to speak with you regarding this. Regarding the $195 charge, this is a charge the bank charges to set up the loan and is referred to as a pre-paid finance charge, which is standard at many lenders and is not a dealer charge or fee. Hi Steve. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our parts department. We try to keep as many parts in stock for all Hyundai models as possible. There are three different oxygen sensors on your exhaust system, and it is very difficult to diagnose and determine which one your vehicle needs over the phone. I would like to add that my grandson has a 2003 Sonata with less than 100,000 on it. My son has a 2011 Sonata with over 430,000 miles on it. He has made 4 trips from New Orleans to Georgetown, In. this last year. My granddaughter has a 2013 Sonata with 90,000 miles on it and I have a 2023 Tuscon with 5,000 miles on it. We absolutely love our Hyundais!
