Mr. Gilstrap, I apologize if the loan document was not explained to you properly while you were at the dealership, and I invite you to call me so I can review this with you. I have reviewed the documents that are in your file, and everything clearly contains your signature on it when compared to the signature that is on your driver's license so I am confused about any signatures that are not yours and I would be happy to speak with you regarding this. Regarding the $195 charge, this is a charge the bank charges to set up the loan and is referred to as a pre-paid finance charge, which is standard at many lenders and is not a dealer charge or fee.
