Customer service is horrible from service consultant to the service manager. Had my car there for over a week. Left multiple messages including the service manager without calls back. When I finally did the service manager. Had my car there for over a week. Left multiple messages including the service manager without calls back. When I finally did get call back from the service consultant, I only got vague information, asked for quote on work that may need to be done and did not receive that info. I had to go to this dealer in person 3 times in order to find out exactly what was being done, if anything with my car. To this day have never received a call back from the service manager. I towed my car elsewhere to get it fixed. More
