Ali Alsalman was very helpful in explaining the possibilities. I ultimately decided to purchase this time rather than leasing again. Deserves lower than 1 star rating! Brand new 2017 Ram ProMaster City Van. Purchase from this dealership. At 5,800 miles the ac went out. Had to wait 10 days before I could get servic Brand new 2017 Ram ProMaster City Van. Purchase from this dealership. At 5,800 miles the ac went out. Had to wait 10 days before I could get service appointment. Then was told it wasn't covered by the warranty. Rock hit the ac condenser coil. "my fault" offered no proof, no visual inspection of part.....just "my fault" NO WARRANTY COVERAGE. Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing, you pay end of story.....not quiet.....traded van immediately for a Ford Transit Connect just so that I would never have to drive on this dealership lot again. This is just one experience, I could go on.... this dealership should come with a "WARNING LABEL" BEWARE!!! PS: did I mention the Brand New Vehicle on had 5,800 miles!!!! More
