June 2023. These people are liars/incompetent. Prior to purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek I was told the first 3 oil changes would be free and that I could get These people are liars/incompetent. Prior to purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek I was told the first 3 oil changes would be free and that I could get them done at their Jeffersonville Indiana location. Once I finished signing all of the paperwork, I was told I would be getting only the first oil change for free and it had to be at the Louisville location. Also, prior AND on the day I signed the paperwork to purchase the car, I said to the salesman and the finance guy multiple times that the title must say my name “or” my husbands name instead of “and”. Well the title came in the mail today. It says “ and”. Now I am going to have to pay more money to get this corrected. The finance guy was extremely aggressive and agitated when I said I did not want to purchase ANY of the numerous additional warranties that he was trying to sell me. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I will not recommend this car dealer to anyone ever and I will never buy a car from them again. More

Subaru isn’t the same in my mind due to their incredibly poor handling of this SOS button issue. My car arrived at Bachman 6 weeks ago. I got it yesterday! Wow. Just horrific. My last car was a Honda and I always got amazing service anytime I went in so I am sorry that Bachman subaru can’t do better than they do. Robin is who I worked with today and he failed miserably. Bought a very low miles 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E the beginning of Aug 2022. The vehicle only came with 1 key fob. The salesman (Terrance Bolden) said he would get me a second key. I explained I wante beginning of Aug 2022. The vehicle only came with 1 key fob. The salesman (Terrance Bolden) said he would get me a second key. I explained I wanted a “key fob” not just a key. Keys can be cut to operate the door. Keyfobs are more expensive and need to be programmed by the dealership. He said “no problem”. I made them write it on the IOU form that is signed by the dealership and the customer. In this case the finance manager signed it. Well, as of the first week of Oct 2022…not a peep from the dealership on the keyfob. I called the Honda dealership right next door to them and inquired about buying and programming a second keyfob. They said they can have it the very next day and get it programmed for me for around $150. Also, within a week of purchasing the vehicle it began throwing multiple mx codes and the security system and horn started to randomly activate at all hours during the day and night. Being under warranty still I took it to the Honda dealership (same one that ordered my second keyfob) and they diagnosed a bad main body control module (computer) and replaced it free of charge (would’ve been about $1000). I’m sure Bachman Subaru was aware of the issues but failed to disclose or tried to cover it up. Bachman Subaru….bad sales people and poor customer service!! Never again! (Caveat Emptor) More
