Our Express Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we strive to accommodate everyone promptly, customers with scheduled appointments do receive priority. Some days are significantly busier than others, and unfortunately, that can lead to longer wait times for walk-in services. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we don’t take it lightly.
