Scott, we do apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. We have a great team at our VW Parts location and they rarely receive customer complaints. Our Parts Manager and the entire staff discussed your concerns and did not realize the situation. It is our policy to ship UPS in order to better track the parts for the customer. In addition, they didn't realize you were only 2 miles away and there was no way for them to know of your disability. Would there be a good time for us to speak?
