TERRIBLE! Ran my credit and was making a deal for days and our "salesman" Austin wouldn't respond to my husband via text/call and when he did kept making excu Ran my credit and was making a deal for days and our "salesman" Austin wouldn't respond to my husband via text/call and when he did kept making excuses about being busy. So when we did get everything worked out and were good to go on completing the deal Austin doesn't respond to us. When he does he casually tells us that our car was sold. Then we call and talk to Brian the "sales manager" and he simply made excuses for Austin and completely discounted us. So if online sales aren't honored then they shouldn't offer to sale vehicles unless the buyer is in person. What a f****** joke!!!! More

Excellent Experience! I made an appointment to test drive the car and someone else came in and wanted to test drive it before my appointment. Bachman said I was first in line with the appointment and the other person would have to wait. Most dealerships would have sold the car out from under me, but not Bachman!!
