We were immediately greeted by Charlie who was eager to help us. Upon talking with him for a short time he knew exactly what our needs were and set us up with a test drive. While we were out he worked with Richard to get some fiance paperwork started. In less that a half hour they had us approved returning the ball to our court for a final decision. Unfortunately the vehicle that we were interested in sold over the weekend but yet again Charlie stepped up and had another one identical to what we were looking at on the lot in less than 48 hours. This is the first brand new vehicle that we have purchased and these guys made it easy peasy. We have never had anyone from sales and/or financing work so quickly and diligently to try to get what we needed. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received at BMG and hope to do business here for many more years. More
