Awful place. Bought a jeep cherokee from them recently, which they said had been inspected and had no issues. Started having problems with it the very next day. All of the sudden while driving all the inte which they said had been inspected and had no issues. Started having problems with it the very next day. All of the sudden while driving all the interior and exterior lights, including the headlights, would shut off and not come back on. Imagine that while driving at night. Called the sales guy, Ryan, and talked to the manager and they both said basically sorry about your luck, you bought it your problem even though there is a warrenty mentioned on the sales papers. Took it to a separate mechanic because they refused to do anything about it, it needs a new computer, $4000, something that is obviously wrong with it and easily caught. Called the manager again, again he said you bought the car. When I bought the car there was a light on the dash that said spare tire pressure low. Ryan said he'd get the mechanics to look at it while we were filling out paperwork, afterwards he said they put some air in the spare tire, everything was good, no big deal. Well the next morning I noticed the light was on the dash again, spare tire pressure low. So I opened the compartment to take a look at the spare tire, the thing is dry rotted! Holes all in it, falling apart. How they put air in it and everything is good now is beyond me. Then on top of all that I get a call a couple of weeks later saying they can't transfer the title to me or get tags because the previous owner still has a lien on the title! All around terrible place, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, customer service here is a joke. Beware! More
