I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. They looked at it for maybe ten minutes. The service advisor then called and said nothing is wrong with my vehicle. When I replied that I wasn't accepting that as I had an Acura prior to my brand new one with shifting issues, he argued with me that nothing was wrong with my vehicle and there was nothing more they could do. I went on a 10-hour road trip after they claimed nothing was wrong with my vehicle. The issued I had complained about was still there. I came home from vacation and took it to another Acura Dealership and had the issue fixed no problem! It was a simple fix. You really need to teach your advisors to listen to the issues your customers are stating is wrong with their vehicles and never argue with a customer. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership! More
