I was very impressed with Bill and his knowledge of your cars in your location and your competitors cars. Bill was very kind and offered to help me each time I stopped in the absense of the other sales person. After the third time, I said to him that I was interested in buying a car in the next few days and wanted him to sell it to me. He knew I was shopping around at your competitors and also your Greensburg location which was 30 minutes closer to my home. He was not pushy but always gave me reasons to come back to your dealership. Bill was also helping me find a lower budgeted car for my children in your different locations. During my search for a car, I had a budget in mind and thought I was going to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Bill took the time to do the analysis with me for several different cars at your location. Bill not only sold me on a new car but also a car that was almost $10,000 over my initial budget! I am not a emotional buyer and was not pressured in anyway. At no time did I feel any pressure from him to buy when I wasn't entirely comfortable or that I was simply being "sold" to. I would highly recommend Baierl and specifically Bill if you are in the process of car shopping. For a smaller lot compared to others in size, their inventory was greater than all of the other "larger" dealers as well. Thanks Bill, I love my car already! More
