I have bought many cars over the years and have always had a positive experience. The recent Honda CRV I purchased was a consistent experience. Working with Chuck Mastert & Ken Dash, I was treated with respect, courtesy and their willingness to make the deal transparent and easy (I never even went to the dealership until it was time to take delivery of the car!). Ken demonstrated a profound commitment to the customer by finding a couple of other ways to 'sweeten the deal' after I thought we were finished. He didn't need to do that, but doing it proved that Baierl is committed to its customers and works to build a long-term relationship. I recommend them whole-heartedly for price, value, and service! Great Service and Quick Turnaround I came to Baierl for my first car-buying experience under a major time crunch. I was visiting home for the weekend and wanted to return to Ohio on Sun I came to Baierl for my first car-buying experience under a major time crunch. I was visiting home for the weekend and wanted to return to Ohio on Sunday in a new car. Art Morgan made it happen. He matched me with a great deal on a 2014 Civic that I've been nothing but pleased with. Over the span of 2 hours, Art took me on several test drives, appraised my 03 Accord, knocked out all the financing, and helped me set up my own insurance. The dealership was supposed to close at 5 but he and Rocco stayed later to make sure I left with all of my needs met. In this day and age, I'm used to buying stuff online and having it arrive at my doorstep a moment later. This was probably as close to instant gratification as you can get with a car-buying experience. I thank Art for that and now know why my family continues to trust Baierl. More
