Nonexistent Lousy Customer Service Several weeks back I received the airbag notice for our Honda. I called and scheduled an appointment and was told it would only take about 45 minutes Several weeks back I received the airbag notice for our Honda. I called and scheduled an appointment and was told it would only take about 45 minutes to do the work. I took the day off work to take the car to Baierl where I was told, they had the passenger side airbag but not the driver side airbag. I was told that they could do the passenger side airbag and bring the car back some other day for the driver side or I could leave and bring the car back some other day to do both sides. I told them this was unacceptable and that I had an appointment, took the day off work and will not bring the car back a second time. I told them I would leave the car but they would have to provide me a loaner, which they did. Well over 3 weeks went by and I did not hear one word from Baierl re: the status of my car. When I called the service department, all I got was a recording to leave a message and my call would be returned as soon as possible. I left two messages over several days, but received no phone call. Finally, Baierl called to tell me that my car was done. Hilariously, on the day I brought the car home, I had a message from Baierl informing me the airbag replacement parts for my car were in and to call and schedule an appointment. I received about 5 such messages over 2 weeks. I bought this car from Monroeville Honda which may be why Baierl chose to mistreat me. I really don't care to receive an apology from Baierl or a "geez thanks for letting us know so we can do better in the future." What I would like from Baierl is for them to try to convince me why I should even consider buying my next Honda from them when they choose to treat potential customers in such manner. More

The first three (Pilot, Accord and Civic) were new car purchases. This was a used car purchase and my son's first car purchase. Our repeated purchases from Baierl Honda and guidance of our son to Baierl Honda for his first car purchase demonstrate the level of trust we have in the dealership and our great experience with the dealership. For this purchase specifically we found every person we interacted with at the dealership courteous, friendly and very customer service oriented. Mr. Tanner was professional, honest and worked with us to reach a fair deal for the car that my son purchased. He, the used car manager and the business manager made the car buying experience very positive for my son. I would like to add that my experience with the Baierl Honda Service Department, and particularly Mike Juliano, have been just as positive. We trust Bairel Honda with all of our automotive service needs and I would recommend them highly as well. More
New Car was a long time coming! We have always had Hondas, and we will always have a Honda. Our salesman, Chuck Massart, was exceptional. He was excellent to work with. Mike Suttor walked us thru all the buttons and gadgets, and it was information overload, but he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our finance guy, Aaron, was extremely pleasant and knew his job. Every paper we signed was explained. Baierl will always be our dealership. Hope those guys stay for a while! We traded a 2007 CRV with over 180k on it and it only gave us one problem which was warrantied by the company. We won't keep this car that long, but it sure is a beauty!! More

Service department is awful! Getting through to someone is awful and getting a phone call back is even worse! If you need a car serviced or planning on buying a car fr is awful! Plan on making a lot of phone calls and DONT expect a call back! More
