Hello Phillip, We understand your frustration with the airbag recall process, we feel it as well. We regret the inconvenience you experienced. It is an unfortunate situation due to the national back-order of the airbag replacement parts. For customers such as yourself, where one part has been on back-order, we're working hard to make it as easy as possible. We're doing this by giving free loaner vehicles, just as we did for you for three weeks. We never ask where a service customer has purchased their vehicle, because to us it simply doesn't matter. We service all Honda vehicles, regardless of where they were purchased. We're replacing approximately 175 airbags per week, in addition to regular service work. We'll continue to work diligently to make sure we take care of as many of Honda's recall customers as we possibly can. Why should you buy at Baierl Honda?
