Extraordinary Service at Baierl Subaru! I am writing to commend the extraordinary service I received at Baierl Subaru under the watchful eye of Darren Dittmar! I was driving my Forester a f I am writing to commend the extraordinary service I received at Baierl Subaru under the watchful eye of Darren Dittmar! I was driving my Forester a few weeks ago, and suddenly I heard a "pop" in the speakers and my car started to sound like I had 3 Harley Davidsons in the car with me! It was VERY scary, and luckily I was close to home. I called Subaru, and I was encouraged to bring the car up - luckily they were open late that day! When I got in my car to drive it, the noise was so loud that I was really concerned about driving it to the dealership. I called and spoke with Darren. I told him of my concerns and that I was going to call AAA and have the car towed and I would call back and let them know when the tow truck driver would be there. Darren assured me that they would be open and I could get a loaner car so I could get home that night, and they could look at my car the next day. I waited a couple of hours for AAA and when the mechanic checked my car out, he felt that, although the noise was very loud and strange, it would be OK to drive my car in to the dealership. When I got there, Darren was waiting for me and had a loaner car all ready for me! He got my car into to be evaluated the next day and called me back promptly to let us know what was wrong and what would be needed to fix the problem. He placed an order for the parts that were necessary and he set up an appointment with us to have our car fixed. Our car was repaired yesterday and we were out of the service department by 9:30 am...so in less than a week, our car was fixed and we were back out on the road! Darren was so kind and understanding - he is a great listener and he really wanted to do what he could to "make things right" for us and make this whole process as painless as possible. He truly exemplifies EXTRAORDINARY customer service! BRAVO and MANY THANKS, Darren! More
Satisfied Just one suggestion. In the past (many times) I was told my vehicle could not be washed in the automated washer because the roof rack could be damaged Just one suggestion. Then yesterday, I was asked if i wanted it washed, to which I replied I don't think it can because of what I have been told re the roof rack. Tech, replied, oh, that's no problem. Same tech who previously said it would be. May I assume you changed something in your automatic washer system, or does the staff need educated?Anyway, glad it can now be washed when serviced :), More

Great Service Zach and John were extremely nice and helpful for my 30K mile service. I appreciated the loaner car, enabling me to get to an appointment. The gentleman who brought the loaner car around was very nice and warmed it up and cleaned all the snow off of it for me. The technician who worked on my car brought it into the garage for me so I didn't have to go outside in the cold. More
