One person at a time so there are times when service is busy that cars to be checked in are lined to the road and it is difficult to even enter the dealership from Rt. 19. Staff are friendly but as you enter - there's a small space for check in and customers stack up along the glass wall in this area. Not clear if you should go to the person you're working with or stay stand in line with everyone else at the door. This customer flow needs improvement. Experience with Darren was great! More
