He is highly competent, friendly and always considerate of my schedule and other needs. Darren is highly responsive to any inquiries that I make. I live closer to several other Subaru dealerships, but I continue to travel for my service at Baierl, because of the quality service and highly responsive individuals. I also really appreciate the loaner vehicle, which allows me to resume most of my regular schedule. More

Consistently accurate, prompt, friendly service A knowledgeable friend of mine suggested that I buy a Crosstrek when it was time for me to give "last rites" to my very old Jeep. The difference at Baierl was immediately evident. For the vehicle with the features -- and color -- that I wanted, Baierl offered me the best price during online communication, honored the offer when I arrived, did not push any additional features that I could not afford, and made sure that I was absolutely satisfied with the agreement before my deposit was accepted. The young man with whom I first communicated online came to the sales office to meet me. The service department has been nothing short of remarkable. Darren can diagnose a problem (like a pebble caught in my wheel well) over the phone based upon my description of a sound! All team members -- from the gentleman who greets me as I pull my vehicle into the bay, to the person who reviews the list of what was checked and what ought to be replaced, to the person who checks me out -- are prompt, articulate, accurate, thorough -- every time I go to the service center. And the car is washed too! The team members remember me and greet me as though I were a family friend. My experience has been so good that I sent my older daughter to Baierl for her own Subaru when she needed a new car. She has been treated with the same degree of kindness and care that I have received. I have referred friends to the dealership as well. My Crosstrek has performed beautifully in all types of weather, for work and for road trips. I plan to continue to take the best possible care of this auto because it is my "forever" car. More
