Just What was Necessary I brought my wife's Outback for service. I do not drive it often and have enough on my mind without keeping track of when which services is due on her I brought my wife's Outback for service. I do not drive it often and have enough on my mind without keeping track of when which services is due on her car. So, I asked that the service just do whatever was necessary. I was very pleased upon picking up the car that no service was needed at resent, beyond oil change and tire rotation. As well, I had told about a slow leak n one of the tires. Again, no repair was undertaken, as the tires had only a little remaining tread. I cannot remember the last time I brought a car into a dealer service department and find they were actually interested in saving me money! The next service is not due for 10,000 miles (more than the car is driven in a year). The tires will soon need replacement, so Brandon decided it was not worth the cost of removing the tire from the rim. In sum, this visit went a long way toward establishing a basis for trust in the Baierl Subaru service department. In many prior settings with many dealer service shops, trust was in very short supply and I often felt ripped -off. This is quite a reassuring good start. More

Bad wheel alignment I discovered that my 2016 car would not pass inspection due to a bald tire resulting from the alignment being out of whack. My mechanic suggested bring the car to the dealer to see if Subaru would discount the price of 4 new tires. Brandon made no promises but said he'd do his bet for me, and gave me a loaner car so he could keep my car overnight. The next day I emailed him scans of two previous tire rotations I'd had performed during my 17 months of ownership. The upshot was that Subaru paid for a new wheel alignment and agreed to only charge me 50% of the usual price for 4 new tires. I was very satisfied! More
