I was informed of some incorrect information from another mechanic and thought I was being taken advantage of. After a few phone calls regarding the situation I found out I was misinformed by this other mechanic. John was in fact correct and stayed calm and professional during my so called tantrum. It was a no pressure situation that I really appreciated. Additionally, Ethen Omer did a great job keeping in touch with me about options until I was ready to buy - he made sure to keep in touch without being pushy. I should note, this dealership is out of the way for me and there was another option closer to home, but the service and overall experience make it worth the drive. More

Jim was easy to work with and he answered any questions I had promptly and willingly. He was very patient and calm between me sitting in all the different Subaru models and test driving two. The car I really wanted had not been inspected yet, but Jim was able to get it inspected for me that day. The whole team was diligent and took their time to make sure my parents and I had a full understanding of all of the offers, prices, and benefits of getting a Subaru. Throughout the process, I also worked with Garrett and Lori and both of them made the financing, warranty and “moving forward” part very easy.
