I just purchased my very first car there, a 2016 Subaru Impreza hatchback. Our salesperson was Joechris Ross. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He made himself available to meet when it was convenient for our schedules. He took time to explain all leasing/financing options and optional features, and he did not try to push us to make an immediate decision on anything. For as nervous as I was about buying my first car, Joechris made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Baierl and Joechris to anyone in the Pittsburgh area interested in purchasing a Subaru! More

My salesperson, Amy Demor, was a pleasure to deal with. She really knows her stuff and answered most of my questions before I could even ask. She was the epitome of professionalism the way she treated my Mother and I. She never made me feel pressured and never harrassed me with phone calls (like all the other dealerships did that I had visited). I love my new car and have zero regrets. I will definately come back to Bairel Subaru for service and for future purchases. More

We had such an incredible experience at Baierl Subaru, that it was the first and last place we went two weeks to buy a car for my wife and I to replace our Jeep. We bought a Subaru Forester, our very first Subaru. Patrick and the staff were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the features and electronics. They worked hard to give us the best price and the best financing option. I think we got a super deal! And as for the Forester, we love it!!! More

Subaru buying Experince I had the pleasure of visiting Baierl Subaru at their 9545 Penn Highway location, after requesting some quotes online. I can tell you my experience on I had the pleasure of visiting Baierl Subaru at their 9545 Penn Highway location, after requesting some quotes online. I can tell you my experience on Saturday, I will not be buying a Subaru from Baierl. I am 48 years old and have purchased many new automobiles to date. I have never had a worst experience in the process ever. It started out right after wondering around the parking lot and the building for about 30 min. Then when we went around the use car side and interrupted 4 salesmans on a smoke break to get help. The salesperson started out by laughing at my wife, (cause she said she wanted to drive a subaru), he needed more clarity, so laughing helped, letting her know her driving was pour while on the road test and he gave us a quote on a car that was on the showroom floor. We then said buy it for that price today, another 15 min goes by he says cant sale that one, but i got one just like it for $1400 more and 4 options less. LOL At one point i said to him i would to spend around $27,000- $28,000 His answer, " there nothing i can do for you". To end the whole nightmare we got a price quote from the salesman and he points out the finance rate and says," we shop for the best finance rate just you" and your best rate is 4.04% even when its all over their website and a Subaru incentive that a new Subaru for the month of April is 1.49%.
