While he did put snow tires on for the winter he was very pleased with the handling thru snow. So we knew when we would be in the market this year for a new vehicle we were looking at Subaru also. His salesperson was Amy Demor. We were so impressed with her knowledge of Subaru and her professionalism while still being very personable, we contacted her directly when we were ready to purchase one. We first inquired about the internet pricing and were contacted immediately by Michael Salati who answered all our questions regarding that. We then contacted Amy, made an appointment to look at the 2016 Forrester and ended up purchasing it that day. She explained all the features and how they worked in great detail. When we went to do the financing we met with Neil Schuetz who was also very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He explained all the extended warranty options, yet never pressured us to take them all. We took what we felt we needed and were very satisfied. When we actually picked up the car Amy again went over many features making sure we had a great starting knowledge of how things operated. All in all purchasing our 2016 Subaru Forrester was a great experience. We would highly recommend Amy and Baierl to all of friends. More

Since then, I always had pleasant i I purchased my very first car from Baierl Subaru in July of 2014 and had a great first time car buying experience. Since then, I always had pleasant interactions with the service department which they recently remodeled. I even went to their express service one day when my tire pressure light would not turn off after inflating my tires and they told me to pull right into the service bay and checked my tires and filled them right then and there without any charge. It was a simple fix but I was impressed with how willing they were to accommodate such a simple request and not even charge anything for the time they took. I also had a remote starter placed and was pleased with that visit as well. I used their body shop as well after a car accident, which is super convenient since there is an enterprise car rental right next door so I was able drop off and pick up my car with ease and not have to worry about needing picked up since I was able to walk to the car rental place. I recently decided to return to Baierl to buy a new 2016 Subaru outback and worked with Joechris Ross who was not pushy at all and was very honest as I was deciding between the forrester and the outback. I went in on a Friday afternoon and was able to return early the next day to pick up my new car, with remote starter installed and all. They worked on my car while we were going over the paperwork and financing since I was on a time crunch and headed out of town that Monday. My dad has bought a legacy from this dealer too, and even though I live in erie now I wanted to return to Baierl since I trusted them and have always had positive customer service experiences, and its a great hometown dealer as well. He made himself available to meet when it was convenient for our schedules. He took time to explain all leasing/financing options and optional features, and he did not try to push us to make an immediate decision on anything. For as nervous as I was about buying my first car, Joechris made me feel extremely comfortable.
