We have bought a few cars from John now and he takes time to answer questions, clearly knows what he is doing, and does not play the pressure tactics game we have encountered elsewhere. We have also had very good experiences with their service guys. Those reasons keep us coming back time and again. I always check the price we are given and their price is always fair, Baierl does not take advantage of its customers or make the process painful. For those reasons we keep buying cars from John and will be back in the future. Also, a shout out to the rest of the staff. Several asked me if I needed help and were professional and polite about it. Twice when I said thank you for asking they gave me big smiles and said "thank you for coming in" back to me instead of the disappointment that you can receive other places. Very professional. More

Great buying experience I was interested in a new 2016 Legacy and went to the dealer who I purchased my 2010 Outback from. They had no inventory on the lot and no one approa I was interested in a new 2016 Legacy and went to the dealer who I purchased my 2010 Outback from. They had no inventory on the lot and no one approached us as we were looking around in the showroom. We googled other Subaru dealers and decided to drive 30 miles to Baierl. Best decision we could have made! The inventory was unbelievable, and we found 2 Legacys on the lot that were the color and had all of the options I wanted. We went into the showroom and were introduced to Bev Nowakowski, who took a great interest in what I was interested in. She quickly got the keys and we went for a test drive. Throughout the drive Bev reviewed all of the features of the car and the enhancements Subaru has made since 2010 when I purchased the Outback. I was very impressed with her knowledge of Subaru vehicles and how she really cared that I understood all of the features and functions of the car. My husband is very 'painful' when purchasing a vehicle; he fights about the purchase price and trade in value. He had no arguments with this purchase. We received a great price on both ends. When we picked up the car, Bev took time with the delivery, setting up both of my phones on Bluetooth and reviewing all of the new functions I didn't have in my Outback. I would definitely recommend Baierl and Bev if you are looking to purchase a Subaru. More

Employee dressed very professional and act serious and very professional.[No out of line talk or joke or comment] [seem like under stress from their management.. Sale person was generally well informed about the product [legacy premium] was also very accommodative to my time for closing and very willing to help with our questions ,and spent reasonable time to explain the new features to my son and took both of us for a drive to familiarize us with the new car. His boss has good experience with difficult customers and knows how he does not let them go without a deal. Despite I feel I paid 200-300$ extra but very satisfied from the place specifically the proffesionalism of the sales manager that close my deal Other employees in the dealership appear same style . My experience with this place is very good, I highly recommend them for my friends. and they are part of my community . More

Purchase of a 2016 Crosstrek I am a return customer to Baierl with John Snyder as the salesman as I did in 2011 when I purchased a 2011 Legacy. This time around I purchased a 201 I am a return customer to Baierl with John Snyder as the salesman as I did in 2011 when I purchased a 2011 Legacy. This time around I purchased a 2016 Crosstrek. As always, John provided the facts about the car and researched what was available or being delivered in the near future. I was focused on one of the Crosstreks to be delivered on 3/4/16. John called me on 3/1/2016 to let me know it arrived and from that point it was smooth sailing. He worked with me on my trade in and the price of the Crosstrek and we sealed a deal. My Sister and a friend of ours has also been a customer of John. We appreciate his help. More

Mike Goessler was very knowledgable, very pleasant, and not in the least pushy. I had a somewhat unusual situation with a trade, and Mike ran interference with me to work through all the issues. (All I had to do was sit and drink coffee while he solved the problems.) I got the car I wanted for a very fair deal, and Lori (the business pro) made closing the deal as pleasant as I have ever experienced. I have bought Subarus before at other dealerships, but based on my experience here, in the future I plan to be a Baierl customer. More
