One small detail arose with the operation of the vehicle which I could live with, but it just sort of bugged me. Without going into a lot of detail, I contacted the Service Manager, Jay Gagne. I fully expected him to tell me that since this was not a warranty issue, there would not be much that could be done. Wow, was I wrong! Jay contacted Subaru and explained the situation, and Subaru said to do whatever would make me satisfied. At a cost to the dealership of several hundred dollars , they put their money where their mouth was and made me a happy camper! Didn't cost me a dime. Thanks to Jay Gagne of Baierl for going the extra mile for me. More

Awesome start to finish!! I wasn't sure which would work for me a purchase or a lease so I went in and met with Bill Bairel who went over both options with me thoroughly. I went with the lease and test drove a Forrester with Amy Demor. I didn't like the interior so she took me up to Kia and I test drove a Sorento with her. Although I preferred the interior I loved the way the Subaru drove! When I went back to the dealership I saw the Crosstrek in the showroom and was sold! I went on a test drive again with Amy and that was the car for me but I didn't care for the interior or the exterior color so they told me I could have the one in the showroom. Once I had made the decision they had me out of there in almost no time! The process was very smooth, quick and extremely informative. It was getting late so they let me take the car and they followed me home with my old car! I went back the next day for a session with Amy to go over all of the features the car had to offer. She synched my phone to the car and off I went! I love my new car and get people asking me all the time how I like it and where I got it. I have recommended Bairel Subaru to anyone who has asked.
