Buying a car is never the most painless process, given the amount of paperwork involved but our salesman, Ron Pushak, and the entire staff that we dealt with at Baierl Subaru made the process as smooth and painless as possible. Ron's infectiously upbeat personality even made it enjoyable. I really would highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the area looking for a Subaru. Wonderful Experience! I had been shopping around and actually drove a distance because the salespeople were outstanding. While I could have bought the car 2 miles down the road from me we decided to go the extra distance because of the wonderful sales staff. I first dealt with the Internet sales person. She was wonderful. Not pushy at all and very helpful. We agreed on a price. I then drove up to get the car and met another Salesperson that finalized the transaction and went over the car with us. Another pleasant Subaru car buying experience This is the second Subaru that I've purchased and both were from Baierl Subaru thru Mike Goessler. I traded in a 2013 Impreza Sport for a 2016 Cross This is the second Subaru that I've purchased and both were from Baierl Subaru thru Mike Goessler. I traded in a 2013 Impreza Sport for a 2016 Crosstrek and was very happy with the process and deal. There was no pressure applied and Mike worked with me on getting a fair trade value and price for the new Crosstrek. I had to wait a few days for the Crosstrek to come in, since it was in transit, and it arrived a week earlier than scheduled. I picked it up on January 27th. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and was patient in showing me the new features of it. Mike is very personable and easy to work with. Neil Schuetz handled the final paperwork portion of the sale, which he did very efficiently and without pressure. Overall, it made for another pleasant, instead of anxious, car buying experience.
