She explained all the options we could include and again there was no pressure to buy. We are not only happy with the price of the vehicle, the trade in on our car, but also the perks after buying the car such as a few free oil changes and free state inspections. He of course needed to do his job as a salesman, but in no way was pushy or insistent that I try anything I wasn't really looking for. I also really appreciated that he kept checking to make sure I was satisfied with the choices I was making and covered all the options so that I knew exactly what to expect at all times. Then came the "DEALING PHASE".... overall it went well, until we offered $200.less and the manager said he wouldn't go any lower. We asked if Subaru had any deals or reduced financing and was told that Subaru didn't do anything like that. They lost a deal for 200 bucks....we left. We visited Baierl Subaru's website, checked inventory and found just what we were looking for. From the moment we walked through the door everything changed for the better.
