Easiest, Stress-Free Car Purchase in My Life My wife and I were in the market for a new car and we had time off from work between Christmas and New Year, so we decided to look around at some opti My wife and I were in the market for a new car and we had time off from work between Christmas and New Year, so we decided to look around at some options. We quickly narrowed our choices to a Honda Accord and a Subaru Legacy. We had purchased two Honda Accords previously, and we were very pleased with them, but we decided to give the Legacy a look before purchasing another Accord. What was attracting us to the Subaru was all-wheel drive and the myriad of safety features. So we went to Baierl Subaru and met Rich, who was very accommodating with a test drive and detailed overview of the numerous features offered. We were very surprised by how much more car you enjoyed with the Legacy over the Accord. Subaru is already famous for its function; we were impressed immediately with the form. The Legacy is a beautiful sedan, loaded with features normally found in an expensive luxury import. As always, the sale would come down to the price of the car, the trade-in value, and the negotiating with Rich. We thought the sale would not happen when Rich informed us that the dealership did not participate in Sam's Club's car purchasing program. He quickly put our mind at ease by assuring us that Baierl would offer a discount. Not knowing what to expect, Rich returned to us after talking to his manager and offered a dealer's discount significantly better than the Sam's Club discount. He proceeded to offer us a fair trade-in value for our car. Throughout the entire transaction, Rich was easy-going, forthcoming, and accommodating. And before leaving with our new car, Rich urged us to stop at the dealership to see him if we needed anything with the car moving forward. Our experience was so pleasant that when we replace my wife's CR-V next year, our first stop will be to see Rich to drive the Forrester. More
