B The purchase of my first Subaru from Bairel was exceptional from the moment I entered the showroom to the signing of all the papers two days later. Because the sales personnel were very busy on the first morning, John Erdely, sales manager, greeted my husband and I and answered all questions. When a sales person became available, John introduced us to Jim Sundy, who provided courteous and professional service throughout the two-day period that I reviewed and drove four different model cars. Jim was very knowledgeable and was able to provide comparison information that greatly assisted in the decision-making. Jim did not try to “sell” me a car, but rather provided the information necessary for me to “purchase” an automobile. John continued to be present during the process and willingly quoted better pricing for the various models that I drove and adjusted the sticker prices well below what I could have hoped for. He also took into consideration an appraisal of my trade-in that I received from a different dealership. The volume of paperwork was dealt with very efficiently by Lori. Well past closing time, Jim walked me to my new car, where he sat with me and showed me the various features. The following business day, Jim called twice at my home to inquire as to my satisfaction with my new Subaru and to assure me that he would be available if I had any other questions.
