Mike Goessler was super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating throughout the whole process, and quick to return phone calls and move the ball forward. I definitely will be recommending him to friends. Neil, the finance guy, was also great and very easy to work with. If I was nervous about making the biggest purchase of my life to date, he helped ease them with an extended conversation about our mutual love of skiing. As a middle child, I've never had a new anything, so thanks to these guys for making the purchase of my first new car the fun and exciting experience it should've been. More

From our meeting to a test drive and onward to my purchase, he was there for me above and beyond my expectations. I had the opportunity to meet most of the staff and especially those individuals that I would be dealing with in the future for service. This dealership staff is one happy family and I felt part of it. I even had the opportunity to meet Mr. Baierl, Jay the head of service, and Bob Gavita whom thanked me for purchasing a car through Baierl. More
Felt comfortable, not pressured and dealt with honestly. Jim Sundy was our sales person and he was forward and honest about our options for factory or after market purchases and add-ons. He was new to Subaru, but rather than misinforming us, he was open and honest when he had to look into something further and got back to us with an answer. We have gone to other dealers while looking where they were the stereo typical high-pressure and fear mongering guys that are all about pushing optional add-ons, and getting as much out of you as they can. It was nothing like that with Jim. We had a tour of the 2 repair shops and body shop, and were treated with respect the entire time. Further, we felt that we got great prices and they worked to discount the price even further. We didn't feel like we were being suckered into expensive add-ons or things we didn't need. We dealt with two different financial people, Neil and Lori, and they worked with us to customize the warranty programs to have the things we wanted and remove things we didn't want and to meet our price requirements. Overall a great experience and we look forward to seeing them while we are in for our routine maintenance stops. Like I said, we ended up buy two cars here a month or so apart because we had such a great experience. More

Very Professional and Helpful Service and Sales People! We regularly have our Subaru Forester serviced at Baierl. We have ALWAYS had a POSITIVE experience there! The service representatives are polite, hel We regularly have our Subaru Forester serviced at Baierl. We have ALWAYS had a POSITIVE experience there! The service representatives are polite, helpful, professional - they ALWAYS explain everything very clearly and are very good at answering questions. The waiting area is clean, pleasant, and bright, with a large room filled with ample seating and also individual work areas if you prefer "peace and quiet." I worked with Renata from the service department on Friday, and she was WONDERFUL! My car was due for a state inspection, which is pretty routine, but I had SEVERAL questions about how to use the display screens in my car and also how to update the maps in the navigation system. Renata came out and spent about 15 minutes with me in my car, showing me how to use the display screens while I took some "notes." She was very kind and patient and she answered all my questions. While we were in the car, David Urquhart, one of the salespeople, came over to see if we needed any assistance. He was also TERRIFIC! He showed us how to do some things, and explained what we had to do to update the maps. Renata even took my SD card to her computer in the Service area to see if we could get on MySubaru.com and when her computer didn't have a card reader, she took me over to David. He spent another 15 minutes with me, going to MySubaru.com and helping me create an account and then he showed me how to get to the screen where you could update the maps...and then he showed me how to put the SD card back into my dashboard. Both of these employees took their time with me and helped me...and I could tell that they both genuinely cared about my customer service experience at Baierl and making sure that I understood how to work with the technology in my car -and they represented Baierl Subaru EXTREMELY WELL! For me, sometimes all this new technology in these cars can be a bit OVERWHELMING, and I am very GRATEFUL to Renata and David for sharing their expertise with me! I feel much more confident now that when I have to deal with some of these "technology issues" in my car, I will be able to do it! : ) More

I did some researching online, and signed up for the US News Best Price Program. Within a minute of signing up, I received a call from Baierl Subaru Internet Sales Rep Michael Salati. He emailed me info and the "Your TrueCar price" with the options we were interested in. The next day, my husband visited the dealership and put a deposit on a new car that was going to arrive in a few weeks, at a fair price with no haggling (which we despise). It was as simple as that. I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience my husband and I have ever had (and we are in our mid 40's so we have been through a few cars). Everyone at the dealership, from Michael S to Michael G to Neil to Adam, were all purely professional, and made an effort to provide the highest customer satisfaction we have ever experienced. Michael Goessler was so thorough explaining the car and going over the manuals with us. We never had a car sales rep as thorough and friendly as Michael G. Just last year, we purchased a minivan from a different dealership, and to put it mildly, our experience was no comparison to the one we had with Michael Goessler and company at Baierl. This Subaru Dealership is like a big family, as I saw everyone working together as a team for one end goal: to satisfy the customer. It was so refreshing to see that in a dealership, where often these days, folks are just looking out for themselves. Not true at Baierl Subaru. Thank you for the great experience Baierl! More
