The first time I went in I spent about 30 minutes with Frank Fortunato the sales person and just did a quick credit app. The next time I went in, the care was ready, I spent about 20 minutes with the finance guy, 20 to 30 minutes reviewing the car, and I was out of there. A great experience, I could not recommend more highly. Frank was extremely helpful and made everything very easy. More

We went into Baierl knowing they had the best price in the area, but weren't sure about their sales people. However, our fear of dealing with pushy sales people changed when we met Bev Nowakowski. She was terrific until the very end and even after (she sent us a lovely follow up email making sure everything was working smoothly)! I highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Subaru from Baierl to speak with Bev, she's the best at what she does! More

Great Experience! My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2013 XV Crosstrek for a 2015 model because of the many miles she has to drive for work. These other dealers insisted that what we were looking for wasn't available anywhere and the customer service was poor to say the least. We ended up driving to Baierl and had the pleasure of working with Rich Gnipp. Rich took the time to track down the exact vehicle that we wanted and worked with us on pricing. His customer service was exemplary. When my wife and I went to pick up the vehicle everything was in order and the process was smooth. Rich had us in and out in about an hours time.
