Friendly, NO pressure and got just what I wanted. I am a repeat Subaru buyer. I just traded in my 2003 for a 2016 model. Loved my 1st one but it was time to trade to a new model. The manager found me my salesperson, Pat Shutrump. Pat was very professional, friendly & courteous. He listened to my needs and then found just the right car for me. He explained the differences between model years, pros & cons for purchasing new or used and showed me features my last Subaru Forester did not have. Car buying can be stressful but he spoke straightforward about pricing & trade in value. Lori, who did the financing part, was also very knowledgeable in her field. She explained warranties and other options from the financial perspective. All in all I decided to purchase my new vehicle without a long search because of Pat and his NO pressure approach. Thank you, Pat! I am very happy with my new Forester and will tell all who listen about the great experience I had at Baierl Subaru. P.S. They have great cookies and my name was on a sign welcoming me when I walked in today!!!! More

Today they even helped me coordinate some minor body work and I was able to take care of it during an express oil change. I appreciate the fact that I never felt pressured to buy the 2015 Forester that I ended up buying, yet he was always prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions that I had about the car. It is so nice to deal with a non-pushy salesperson who seemed to have a genuine interest in my satisfaction with the purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Subaru. Then my husband stopped in on Tuesday afternoon and she helped answer more of his questions. Then I arrived Tuesday evening and she helped us lease our new car. She was very professional and fun. Then we went to Lori Siwy in Finance to go over all of the paperwork. She was very informative and helped us understand all of the warranty information, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and these ladies to everyone. More

Good experience (after not good) We stopped by this dealer a couple times over the course of a few weeks. The first couple of times absolutely no one offered any help. We walked around their lot for 15 to 20 minutes without anyone coming to offer to help us. We got in and out of some open cars even. The first visit, there were a couple sales people out side taking a smoke, and still no offer of assistance. We went inside and finally asked someone about one car, and they simply told us that it was sold already; no offer to look for another one...I was puzzled to say the least, because I have always been tackled by sales reps at car dealers, not ignored. The last visit was close to the same, only after walking through the inside sales floor a couple times did we get someone to help us. Thank goodness for Beverly Nowakowski though. She saw us when she was headed for a dinner break, and helped us immediately! I do not think she ever even finally ate. She showed us everything we could see about the car we finally picked out. And was more than a pleasure to work with. From the test drive through to the actual purchase that night, it was great. Garret and Beverly worked through our trade-in value very well together. Beverly was great to work with on the purchase also. The finance officer was about standard; as most everyone I suppose, I was a confused with the extended warranty sales pitch he gave us; but Neil was very friendly and understanding. More
